Let's Build Your House!

1. Initial Consultation: We will meet with you to speak about your budget and style, and look at your site.

2. Design Agreement: Setting up the goals for beginning and end times of project, develop the architectural plan, contract signing.

3. Exterior/Interior Design: The fun part of putting together piece by piece your home, your inspirational selected materials, colors and other choices.

4. Cost: Establishing bids with our subcontractors, go over our policy, setting up payment plans and review.

5. Construction: The physical start of the project, keeping you updated throughout all the phases.

6. Completion: Overview of you new home, maintenance check list, final walkthrough with homeowner and closing.

7. Warranties
State Warranty:

  • 1 year materials and workmanship warranty
  • 2 year mechanical, electrical, plumbing warranty
  • 10 year structural warranty

Perzhu Warranty:

  • 10 year Perzhu labor warranty on exteriors siding, roofing
  • 2 year Perzhu labor warranty on finish carpentry.
